Where do I make changes to my account?
Log in to your my skinID page. Click on my account on the left-hand navigation bar. From there, you can change your account or personal information. You can also call a skinID Customer Care Expert at 1.866.742.0201 or email skinID.
How do I change my billing and/or shipping address?
Log in to your my skinID page. Click on my account on the left-hand navigation bar. From there, select the auto-refill tab and click the shipping information check box. You can now update your shipping address for future orders. Don't forget to click submit before you log off to ensure that the updated address has been saved. You can also call a skinID Customer Care Expert at 1.866.742.0201 or email skinID.
How do I check my order status?
You should have received an order confirmation email that contains a link from where you can track your package. Or, visit your my skinID page to track your status.
Does skinID offer overnight shipping?
No, skinID does not offer overnight shipping. We offer standard 2-week shipping and priority shipping in approximately 7 business days.
What are the shipping options for skinID?

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Priority Shipping
Orders shipped with Priority Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from ship date.

Visit your my skinID page and click on the forgot password link at the log in screen. You can also call our skinID Customer Care Experts at 1.866.742.0201 or email skinID.
How often will I receive my skinID kit?
As a skinID member, you'll receive a supply of your personalized regimen every 60 days. You can also change your auto-refill preference by going to the my account link on your my skinID page.
Can I change my skinID auto-refill settings?
Yes, you can change your auto-refill settings to come every 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 days.

How do I ask a dermatologist a question?
First, you'll need to be logged into your individual my skinID page. If you are not currently a member, please take the skinID™ Evaluation and order the personalized regimen recommended for you. Once you've done so, you'll be able to access the premium member benefits, including your own skinID page. From your my skinID page, choose my derm support from the side menu, and click ask-a-question. Also, please be sure to follow the skinID user guidelines in the Terms of Use.
What are my payment options?
skinID accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments.
Why are there two different charges on my credit or debit card?
By starting your skinID membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur. In addition to the invoice amount an authorization hold for the amount of $1.00 will also be included when you first start your membership; this is simply to verify if your card has not expired, reported lost or stolen, or have other holds in place. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization; however, no charges will be made against your accounts. If you use a debit card to complete your purchase, your bank account may reflect a change in the balance. If you used a credit card the available credit limit will also include the charge for the authorization hold amount. When we process your order, we only capture the funds for the amount of your invoice plus shipping and handling you will not be charged for the amount of the authorization hold. This authorization hold will not reoccur during replenishment phases.
What is the money-back guarantee?
skinID is backed by a 60 day money-back guarantee on all skinID introductory kits. Simply try our products for 60 days. If you're not totally satisfied, return your products - even if they're empty - for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). To return your products, please call our skinID Customer Care Experts at 1.866.742.0201. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as it appeared on the invoice. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
