How long will it take for me to receive my Neutrogena skinID products?

We offer standard shipping as well as priority shipping. Priority shipping means your order will be processed on the same day that it was received and you should receive your order in approximately 7 business days.

Is skinID™ safe for teenagers?

Yes, skinID is safe, but you do need to be over 13 years old to use it.

Is skiniD™ safe to use while pregnant or trying to get pregnant?

Use of topical acne creams during pregnancy should be done with caution and only on the advice of a doctor. Topical salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide has not been studied on pregnant women and the risks to the unborn fetus are unknown. If you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant you should consult your personal physician if you have any further questions regarding the safety of any products during pregnancy.

What are the sizes of each skinID product?

The skinID toner and all cleansers are 4.0 FL OZ (118ml). The anti-acne treatment, moisturizer and hydrators are 2.0 FL OZ (59ml). There are 60 pads each 2.2in (5.5cm) in diameter. The blemish fighting Concealer both medium and light are 0.05 oz (1.4g). The SPF 15 is 1.7 OZ and the free spot treatment is 0.5 FL OZ (15mL).

Is skinID™ safe for all ethnicities and ages?
