If you purchased products from skiniD®, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all introductory orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section of your first Invoice).  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to skiniD® for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees), even if the products are empty. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by skiniD®.

To ensure proper processing of your return, simply follow the instructions below:

  • Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.333.0145 for additional information necessary to return order and to process credit.
  • Complete the Return Section located at the bottom front of this invoice. Please indicate in the Return Section, the Reason Code as instructed by our Customer Care Expert. Keep the top section of the invoice for your records.
  • When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 60 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Return Section in the front the original invoice.
  • Please note, when returning your introductory order, ALL three pieces of your skiniD® regimen received with your original order must be returned to receive a refund.
  • Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your membership. To cancel your membership and your next Auto Replenishment kits, please refer to our Terms of Use or contact our Customer Care Experts at 1.800.333.0145 (Option 4).

  • Upon receipt of the retuned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

skiniD® is exclusively available online at www.skiniD.com and on the phone at 1.800.333.0145. By ordering your skiniD® Introductory Regimen, you will be automatically enrolled into our skiniD® membership program and will receive auto replenishments every 60 days.

Your premium skiniD® membership comes with an auto-refill benefit, where your personalized regimen is automatically sent to you every 60 days to help you stay on track towards clear skin results. Your credit card will be automatically billed $19.95 plus S&H and tax (when applicable) each time your regimen ships, and $19.95 30 days later. If you signed up with skiniD® before December 06, 2010, you will be charged at the previous membership pricing of $39.90 plus S&H and tax (when applicable) every 60 days each time your regimen ships.

If you're not totally satisfied, return your products - even if they're empty - for a complete refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). To return your products, please call our skiniD® Customer Care Experts at 1.800.333.0145. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don't have your original invoice, make sure to include your name and shipping address as it appeared on the invoice. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
