Auto Refills

When you start your membership, you’ll be enrolled in our auto-refill benefit, where your personalized regimen is automatically sent to you every 60 days to help you stay on track towards clear skin results. Depending on when you initiated your skiniD^® membership, your credit card will be billed either: (1) $39.90 plus $7.95 shipping and handling plus tax (when applicable) at shipment; or (2) $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping and handling plus tax (when applicable) at shipment, and $19.95 approximately 30 days after shipment. If you are a customer with a 75 or a 90 day auto-refill cycle, you will not be charged again until your next kit is shipped.

You can cancel your membership at any time. Our skiniD^® Customer Care Experts are available Monday-Friday 8am to 12am Eastern Standard Time, Saturday-Sunday 9am to 12am Eastern Standard Time. *Closed on US National Holidays (when banks and post offices are closed) Time to make any updates to your order or auto-replenishment.
