We know that young people are especially susceptible to acne and this Website is intended to help teens, young adults, and their parents make good choices about selecting a regimen to fight breakouts. We encourage young people to enlist the help and support of their parents in making these choices; therefore, if you are a minor using this Website or purchasing products from this Website, make sure you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so. This Website is provided to you, and if you are a minor, also to your parents or legal guardians (collectively, "you" or "your"), under these "Terms of Use" and any amendments or supplements to them (collectively referred to as this "Agreement") that may be posted by Neutrogena Corporation ("Neutrogena", "we", "us") from time to time. skiniD® is personalized acne solution. skiniD® is exclusively available online at skiniD.com and on the phone. By ordering your skiniD® Regimen on the Website, you will be automatically enrolled into our skiniD® membership program. As a member:
We will use the information you provide to process and ship your orders (including disclosing your name and address to fulfillment houses and delivery services such as UPS or USPS); to contact you about the status of your orders; create an account for later use so that you do not need to re-enter the information for each subsequent order; and as otherwise indicated by our site’s Privacy Policy.
Offer, Payment and Billing Terms and Conditions
The initial membership period is two months. Upon expiration of the initial membership term, your membership will automatically renew every 60, 75, or 90 days (each, a "membership term"), depending on the auto-refill setting option you choose. You are financially responsible for all membership fees until notice of cancellation is received by Neutrogena. Auto-refill settings can be managed by calling or logging on to myskiniD.
i. You may cancel your membership at any time after your initial registration. To cancel, you must call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1.800.333.0145 or cancel online through myskiniD before the expiration of your then-current membership term to enable us to process your cancellation request. If we receive your cancellation request after such time, we shall charge you for the next membership term.
ii. Provided you cancel in accordance with this Section B., your account will be terminated effective at the end of the then current membership term and Neutrogena may, in its sole discretion, delete all of the account information provided by you and remove member benefits.
iii.Cancel Members reactivating will be placed on the same payment plan as initial sign up.
i. BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICE, YOU AUTHORIZE NEUTROGENA TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER THE INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM ENDS THE THEN-CURRENT RATE FOR THE skiniD® PRODUCT REGIMEN PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND TAXES (WHEN APPLICABLE), WHICH MAY BE BROKEN INTO MULTIPLE PAYMENTS OVER THE COURSE OF THE MEMBERSHIP TERM. THE MEMBERSHIP WILL FIRST RENEW ON THE DAY AFTER THE INITIAL MEMBERSHIP TERM ENDS, AND RENEW ON THE SAME DATE 60, 75, OR 90 DAYS THEREAFTER (DEPENDING ON THE AUTO-REFILL OPTION YOU CHOOSE) UNTIL CANCELLED. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SECTION B. ABOVE. THERE IS NO MINIMUM NUMBER OF MONTHS OR YEARS FOR WHICH YOU MUST CONTINUE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
ii. YOUR SAME CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USED TO INITIALLY JOIN AND ORDER PRODUCTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR AS LONG AS YOU RETAIN YOUR MEMBERSHIP. AT ANY TIME, YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD BY ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT PROFILE HERE EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT NEUTROGENA IS NOT OBLIGATED TO SEND YOU ANY RENEWAL OR ADVANCE BILLING NOTICES INDICATING THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE OR HAS BEEN CHARGED.
i. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY NEUTROGENA IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING OR VIA EMAIL USING THE CONTACT US FORM. IF YOU DISCOVER THAT THE CARD NUMBER YOU PROVIDED TO NEUTROGENA WHEN YOU REGISTERED FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP CHANGES.
ii. In addition to the skiniD® regimen, certain products or additional services may be offered for sale on the Website. In the event you wish to purchase or to subscribe for any goods or services of any kind, you will be asked by Neutrogena to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide Neutrogena with the foregoing information as well as any other mandatory information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchases on the Website.
iii. Neutrogena reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges, and to institute new fees, charges or terms effective upon at least [30] days written notice to members. All charges are billed in U.S. Dollars. Your card will be charged when products are shipped.
iv. Your right to use the Website and receive the products is conditional upon Neutrogena’s receipt of payment. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately and without notice, either suspend or terminate your access and account. You are required to pay any amounts still owed to us at the time your account is suspended or terminated.

Neutrogena may make changes to the Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion, by updating this posting on this Website, and specifying the effective date of the new version of the Agreement. Derm Knowledge Board: One Forum provided to members is the Derm Knowledge Board, where members may post questions to be answered by dermatologists. These dermatologists are paid by Neutrogena for their time in responding to members’ questions, but the opinions they express are not necessarily those of Neutrogena. Neutrogena is providing access to the dermatologists and their guidance on the Derm Knowledge Board solely as a informational and educational service to skiniD® members. Neither Neutrogena nor the dermatologists engaged by Neutrogena are providing individual medical, therapeutic or other healthcare advice. You should evaluate all information provided on the Derm Knowledge Board on your own and with your own healthcare provider. The advice provided on the Derm Knowledge Board does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, medical advice tailored to your specific needs and condition.
Pre-Moderation: Neutrogena’s policy for this Website is to pre-moderate User Content. Pre-moderation means that the User Content will not be posted to the Forum for which it was submitted and cannot be accessed or viewed by other Website members until an administrator or screener has reviewed it and determined that the User Content is suitable for posting to the Forum. You acknowledge and agree that, beyond providing and facilitating the Boards, Neutrogena has no control over or oversight of, and will not participate or otherwise be involved in, your dealings with any other users. Violations of the Guidelines: If you violate the Guidelines, Neutrogena’s community staff or designees may contact you individually, inigs discretion. Your actions may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent banning from participation in Forums. Neutrogena does not publicly discuss or announce warnings, suspensions, or loss of access. The decision to restrict access is made at the community staff's discretion and is the result of our sole judgment of a user's demonstrated inability or disinclination to follow the Guidelines. Any legal action or proceeding between Neutrogena and you related to the Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New Jersey, and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
